Epiphany Cakes & Pastries is a small gourmet bakery located in the picturesque town of Nelson, British Columbia, specializing in the finest fresh organic desserts, cakes, and pastries.
Founder and Professional Pastery Chef, Melissa Owen, attended the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts on Granville Island in Vancouver, BC. Following her graduation she worked for some of Vancouver's finest establishments for baked goods, including Meinhardt's Fine Foods, Sweet Obsession, and the Vancouver Art Gallery Cafe.
