What Size Cake Should I Order?
4” Cake 4-6 servings

How Far in Advance should i place my order?
Our cakes are made to order. Please place your special orders at least 5 days in advance. More time is always a good idea and much appreciated as our schedule does fill up, especially in the busy spring and summer months.
where do i collect my cake?
Cake Pick ups at 1124 Stanley Street in Uphill Nelson. The Bakery entrance is on the Observatory Street side of the property. Look for the “Bakery” sign and the red door. Please be on time to collect your cake.
Can you accommodate special diets?
Absolutely! We are always delighted to accommodate special requests. Please give us as much notice as possible. We would be happy to work with you to customize a cake that’s perfect for your occasion.
Where is your Cake Window & When is it open?
Our cake window is located at the bakery at 1124 Stanley Street on the corner of Stanley & Observatory in Uphill Nelson, BC. We are currently open for business Monday - Saturday 9am - 3:00pm.
what is ganache?
Ganache is what’s in the center of a truffle. It’s made with two simple ingredients: high quality chocolate and heavy cream. These two ingredients combine to create a rich, smooth, velvery icing. We love Ganache and it is featured in and on many of our cakes.
what is buttercream?
There are several types of buttercream (Italian buttercream, Swiss Buttercream, American Buttercream). At Epiphany Cakes we primarily use French Buttercream, which combines egg yolks, organic fair trade cane sugar and unsalted butter to create a rich, silky, delicious, stable icing.
where do you get your ingredients?
Supporting our local economy is important to us.
Our local vendors include Morris Farm (eggs), Rick and Yvonne Morley (eggs), Organic Matters (sugar, seeds, molasses, salt), Stone Meadow Gardens (fresh flowers), Bella Flora (fresh flowers), No. 6 Coffee, Ellisons, Crag Holdings (Dairy) and the Kootenay Coop.
What Methods of Payment do you accept?
We Gladly accept Debit / Credit and Cash at the bakery.
You can also pay for your cake online via the website or send an e transfer if you prefer!
